TEENAGER CLASSES

Our Teenager Classes are aimed at 12-18 year old boys and girls who want to:

- Improve their Strength

- Increase their Speed & Agility

- Become Fitter

- Improve their Nutrition

- Become more confident

In this program, they will be under the guidance of our personal trainers, run coach, our Myo, and our Dietitian

We have had many success stories of kids who have taken their sports to the next level after undertaking our program!
