"I have been training with Daniel for 10 years, I love the variety of classes and the session times work perfectly for me. I started with the 9.30 morning mums time slot as I had young children and I was able to bring them along, which was a big plus. Once I returned to work, I moved to the 6am session and I love it, they are hard work but get the heart pumping and set you up for the day ahead. I am excited about Pilates becoming part of the timetable and look forward to seeing what else Daniel has in store for Intrepid!"

I've been attending gyms for over 12 years now but only training with Daniel and the Intrepid team for the last  5 years and I have to admit that intrepid fitness is the most enjoyable work outs that I've ever come across. What I love most about going to each work out session is that Daniel is very professional in organizing the workouts and making sure that your form is correct so you don't injur yourself.  He loves to interact with everyone and gets to know you but also makes sure you're getting the most out of your work out.  I would recommend anyone to Intrepid Fitness.  It's also a great way to meet people.
