Group Fitness Classes
Group Fitness Classes 6 days a week - Strength, Bootcamp, HIIT, Boxing, Yoga, Run Group and Breathwork. Supportive coaches, friendly members, and your first week FREE!
Teen Classes (12-18)
For Teens who want to improve their: Strength, speed, jumping, agility, and confidence. For 12 to 18 year olds, guided by passionate coaches.
Open Gym & After Hours Access
Your own time on your own program: strength, boxing bags, bikes, rowers and sauna. Members get After Hours access via pincode to train when it suits them.
Sporting Clubs & Schools
Sporting clubs and School Groups are always welcome to train at Intrepid. If your club is after a space and a coach, get in touch. Adult and Children teams welcome!
Allied Health
Myotherapy and Physio at the gym: pain management, deep tissue work, cupping and injury rehab, in the same place you train.
Recovery Lounge
Upstairs at the gym: recovery compression boots, foot massagers, foam rollers and a Reformer Pilates bed, with a bit of Kayo on TV while you put your feet up. And downstairs we have an Infrared sauna. All part of our memberships.
