Common questions

Allied Health: before you book

Where are you and is there parking?

We are at 164 Rooks Rd, Nunawading. We have 6 car parks out the front, otherwise across the road you can park in the spots labelled 'visitor parking' There is also down the side street called Beech St about 70m away Give us a call if you want directions or a hand working out the easiest way to get here.

What are your hours?

We run classes morning and evening, six days a week. The staffed hours are listed at the bottom of every page. Members also get an After Hours access pincode, so you can train outside the staffed times whenever it suits you.

How do I claim my free trial week?

You get a full week of classes free. Send us your details via the Contact Us form and we will be in touch ASAP to sort you out!

Are kids allowed at the gym?

Yes, every class. Intrepid is a family venue, so you can train without having to sort out childcare first. It is one of the things people love about the place.

Do I need to be fit to start?

Nope! All levels are welcome and the classes scale to you, so you work at your own pace. Nobody cares what you lift or how fast you run, and the coaches are there to walk you through it.

How do I get started or book?

Call or text Daniel on 0402 318 035, or fill in the contact form. Tell us a bit about what you are after and we will take it from there.

Keen to give it a go?

Your first week of classes is free. Get in touch and we'll help you find your feet.
